Self Massage Techniques

This service will teach you the basic techniques of self-massage to give you the possibility to reduce by yourself your body and muscles tension.

This is 30 minutes online session through a video chat where our therapists will show you how to treat by yourself your aching muscles.

Our therapists will give you plenty of tips about how to manage your issue during the following days.
